Trail Conditions & Grooming

  • Current trail conditions:
    Check our 👉Trail Conditions page for the latest updates before you ride.

  • Groomer locations:
    Visit the 👉Groomer Tracker page in for details on how to see where groomers are and have been.

  • Please remember:
    Trail conditions can change quickly with weather and traffic. Ride with care, Ride Right, Lead Right, and always give the groomer the right of way.

Membership, Donations & Sponsorship

  • Membership and donation options are explained on our 👉Support the Club page.

  • If you still have questions about:

    • Joining or renewing, or

  • send us an email with “Membership/Support Question” in the subject line.

Volunteering & Events

Want to help with brushing, signing, events, or fundraisers?

  • Tell us what you’re interested in helping with.

  • Let us know if you’re available weekdays, evenings, or weekends.

  • If you have specific skills (equipment, chainsaw experience, etc.), feel free to mention them.

  • We’ll connect you with the right person on the team.

Trail Hazards & Safety Concerns

  • Emergencies: Call 911 first.

  • Non-emergency trail issues (downed trees, missing signs, washouts):

    • If it’s in our club system, send us:

      • Location (trail number, nearby intersection, or GPS pin if possible)

      • What you’re seeing (downed tree, water hole, signage issue, etc.)

    • Photos are very helpful if you can safely take them.

Website & Technical Issues

If you notice a broken link, outdated information, or have trouble with online forms:

  • Choose “Website / tech issue” on the contact form, or

  • Email us with:

    • The page you were on (URL if possible)

    • What you were trying to do

    • Any error messages or screenshots

We’ll use your feedback to keep the site as helpful and user-friendly as possible.
